Directions

From the North or South:
Get to I-495 towards Fairfax, take exit 49 onto I66 West.
go ~4.5 miles then take exit 60 onto VA-123 South (toward Fairfax)
go ~1.4 miles and then turn right onto Lee Highway South (RT29/50 South)
go ~1.2 miles and then turn right into the parking lot for John's Place
Look for the Large America Flag, and just after the Shell Station.

This is 10 minute walk or less.   Shorter if you go through the cemetary, lol.

Comfort has a nice (free) breakfast spread.  Not hot, but one of the better ones for a free breakfast. 

Closer, there is a Hampton Inn on Lee Highway (harder to get lost).
Lee highway there is now called Fairfax Boulevard, but most things still say Lee highway.

Also, another long block past the Comfort is the Marriott Courtyard, which I like for their free internet access in the lobby (on their terminal).  A solid 10 minute walk.

Inclement Weather Policy

Our Monday Night League will cancel league play if inclement weather causes NoVA Community College to cancel Monday Night classes. This can be confirmed from their home page or from radio and tv.

If NoVA does not cancel classes during inclement weather, the league SLO may declare "Liberal Leave" which provides for post play of games by folks who do not attend league. If "Liberal Leave" is declared it will be announced on the FSPA discussion list and posted on the FSPA web site.
"Liberal Leave" will not be declared during a playoff week.
Closer to 7:00 P.M. on league night, if weather is still in question, folks can call the Commissioner's cell phone at 703-851-1492. Leave a message and we will call back.
